This supplier employs one hundred skilled craftspeople in a small factory in Delhi, India. The employees receive Provident Fund pensions, Employee State Insurance, bonuses and medical check-ups in addition to their statutory wages. They also support two schools in the local community and are environmentally aware, supporting Water Day, Aid's Awareness Day and World Environment Day. A philanthropic company, they are among the first to make donations for any flood or earthquake victims, which unfortunately is a common occurrence. All of their items are completely handmade and hand-painted.
