Here at Ian Snow we know how important it is for you to receive your purchase quickly and hassle-free, therefore we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Most of our deliveries will require a signature upon receipt, so please specify an address where someone will be available during normal office hours to sign for the parcel. Delivery times are usually within 3-7 working days of placing your order, although at busy times this may be longer. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

Deliveries outside the UK
We are still working through the best ways to work out delivery to the EU, at the moment the service is temporarily paused, we will update this as soon as we receive more information about how to send parcels to EU countries. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Orders placed from the 1st of January onwards may be subject to additional charges on arrival to the destination country, as a small independent business we cannot pay the customs charges incurred once we have sent the item.
Delivery of Larger Items
Please be sure to measure all access points when ordering larger items such as furniture to ensure that the item will fit through doors and any narrow areas as refused deliveries will incur a £60 charge.
If goods are lost in transit please let us know promptly. We will either send out the order again or offer you a full refund including delivery charges.
You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 28 days of the date of delivery. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are packaged and returned to us safely in a saleable condition. In the case of goods such as earrings, please exercise reasonable care by not trying them in your ears when examining them.

Returns are at the customers expense, except in instances where an item arrives damaged or incorrect. In these instances please notify us within 48hours. You can contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone on 01271858649 and if possible please include photos.
Please note: Returning larger items e.g Furniture will incur a £60.00 charge.

Cancelling Your Order
Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery.
Please ensure you wrap the items very securely and complete the returns form and pop that in with your parcel. Drop off your parcel in your chosen store, where you will be given a receipt with a tracking code. You can track your parcel yourself, at https://www.collectplus.co.uk/track/new
You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We will refund the cost of the item at the time of sale and will only refund outwards postage charges when the item is faulty or damaged.
