Much Needed update!!

Hello all!
So sorry I haven’t posted anything in so long!

I flew back from India at the beginning of November leaving my dad to wander about in Thailand for another couple of weeks, it was a really good trip however I was sooooo excited to come home!

November for me was my 17th birthday so I did not to much constructive work and spent most of the month driving about, had one driving lesson then luckily 6 days after my birthday I passed my driving test; which living in the middle of no where here in Devon was something I had been waiting for for years!

As soon as all the driving excitement got out the way we started to prepare for some new software being put in throughout the whole company which was a very daunting prospect for my not-so computer savvy mum Jakki! We have a software now which is very bespoke to us, and the amazingly clever man who wrote it lives at the farm at the bottom of our lane which is really handy! We made the big swap from Sage Software to Tornado Software around the middle of December and the first couple of weeks there were lots of problems that needed to be fixed so we all would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who had a lot of patience with us during the transition! Everything is now getting a lot more slicker here at Ian Snow’s which is the only way forward now we have a transactional website running as well!

I absolutely hate christmas and no one in my family really bothers with it so I went exploring in Germany for a week with my uncle and little sister to avoid the christmassy festivities England had to offer over the last week in December!

Now January has been a very busy and exciting month as we are getting cranked up for the NEC Spring Fair which starts on the 3rd of February! We have a really cool new stand which is in the them of an Indian Wedding!!!! I’m so excited to see how it will look and have been spending all my time lately getting everything ready! The stand is made of a market stall frame and has a 50 old Indian sari’s as a roof (which I handpicked when I was in Jaipur in Oct). So if your a shop owner please do come and visit us in Hall 5, Stand J20/K21 and pop buy for some tasty Indian sweets and a cup of Chai

Take Care
