This company is based in Jaipur and over the past few decades, they have gone from strength to strength, and we have worked alongside them all the way. Staff receive free meals and childcare, paid overtime and the company makes regular charity donations to Shankar Nethraleya in Chennai; a funded organisation that carries out cataract surgery on people would never be able to afford it on their own.
