A traditional Christmas sleigh packed full of gifts in festive colours. Made in India using cotton fabric, filled with recycled polyester and decorated with metal embroidery. This decoration will make a beautiful addition to your tree in the festive months, or get creative and use it in table decoration or gift wrapping.
Who made this?
In this tiny company there are 2 employees who quality control and pack and 2 sub-contractors who make the decorations. Interest-free loans are available if the employees need it and free snacks are given at the end of the week. Regular donations are made to temples and cow shelters, and picnics and outings are planned to increase bonding between employees. The family have been in business since 1935 but have only been making these Zardouzi work embroidered decorations for the last 14 years.
