Employees receive bonuses if production targets are met and the business supports needy children and has adopted, at present almost thirty children from remote villages in Rajasthan. These children are very poor or orphaned and the company helps with their education and necessities including school uniforms, transport, extra tuition, medical help and anything else deemed necessary to help them prosper and achieve their individual dreams.
