If you could transmogrify a sheep into a pillow and end up with a very sheepy-looking pillow that’s not made out of the actual sheep, this is definitely how it would look! A gorgeously tufty and 100% woolly affair complete with a ‘v’ marking.
Supplier Info: This handmade cushion cover is cosy and thickly textured and will add warmth and beauty to any room, plus the sheep also lives to fight another day with a cool haircut. Supplier Info: The textile supplier who came up with this wonderful item is based in Panipat, India and employs fifty factory workers including weavers, instructors, washers/dryers, packers and store men) plus five sub contractors for dyeing (which is of course natural). Employees are provided with insurance and Provident Fund pensions. The company support an NGO called Sri Sanatam Dharm Sangthan who distribute free meals to the poor community. They also celebrate all festivals with free food for all their workers and are currently planning to install solar panels to generate electricity. They put in a continuous effort to improve the factory working conditions and endeavour to make a happy and safe work place for all of their employees, whom they look upon as family. Traditional weaving crafts have survived in just a few families of craftsmen and for generations have handed down their techniques.
