Who made this?
We started working with this company 20 years ago when they had 18 craftsmen working for them and 55 out-workers who were working from home. Today with nearly 150 people working for them, they still operate as they did then, as a small family business working very hard at crafting wooden articles, some of which are recycled. They are audited through DQS and are Vriksh and FSC certified which means the wood they use in production is legally procured and transported or come from responsibly protected forests. They have also created a fund through which they take care of the families connected to the business, assisting them with provisions of education for their children and medical assistance wherever needed. They are committed to taking care of artisans, not only making sure they are paid fairly, but also have satisfaction and security in their employment.
