Here at Ian Snow we know how important it is for you to receive your purchase quickly and hassle-free, therefore we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Most of our deliveries will require a signature upon receipt, so please specify an address where someone will be available during normal office hours to sign for the parcel. Please be sure to measure all access points when ordering larger items such as furniture to ensure that the item will fit through doors and any narrow areas as refused deliveries will incur a £60 charge

If goods are lost in transit please let us know promptly. We will either send out the order again or offer you a full refund including delivery charges.

FREE and convenient returns with CollectPlus

You can now use CollectPlus to return your parcels to us, by using the flyer in your original parcel (for orders placed after 9th of June), or by downloading your pre-paid returns label here, Enter your order number and your email address on to the label, then print and attach the label to your parcel, ensuring any outbound delivery labels are removed or covered.

Please ensure you wrap the items very securely and complete the returns form and pop that in with your parcel. Drop off your parcel in your chosen store, where you will be given a receipt with a tracking code. You can track your parcel yourself, here

Please return items with their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. In the case of goods such as earrings, please exercise reasonable care by not trying them in your ears when examining them

CollectPlus is a convenient way to return parcels via local shops, petrol stations, universities and shopping centres, and it is a service trusted by thousands of busy people every day. There are over 5,900 CollectPlus stores, open from early in the morning until late in the evening, 7 days a week.

Please note, you must obtain and stick your returns label to your parcel before taking your parcel into a CollectPlus store. CollectPlus will not accept responsibility for parcels handed into a store without a CollectPlus returns label.

You can return parcels with cabin baggage dimensions 60 x 50 x50cm and up to 10kg using CollectPlus, if your item is bigger than this please contact gemma@iansnow.com or call us on 01271 848 649

Alternatively, you can text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (e.g. COLLECT WD17 1HP). Texts from 84555 are free to receive. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate. Although we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will wish to return some items. You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. 

Please ensure you wrap the items very securely and complete the returns form and pop that in with your parcel. Drop off your parcel in your chosen store, where you will be given a receipt with a tracking code. You can track your parcel yourself, at https://www.collectplus.co.uk/track/new

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, & we will charge you the direct cost of the collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, & this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

We will refund the cost of the item at the time of sale and will only refund outwards postage charges when the item is faulty or damaged.
