Ian Snow is a place of discovery for bold, irrepressible individuals. 

 For decades, we’ve helped creators and makers find remarkable pieces from around the world. Pieces with story, character, and colour. 

 Behind every piece lies a story. A tradition, a way of doing things, carefully preserved through the generations. 

 We’re excited to share these stories with you – and for you to make them part of your own. 

In 1969, our dad, Ian, travelled to India on a journey of exploration. 

 Over the next two decades, he returned to India time and again to meet some of the country’s finest, most original artisans. 

 Later, our mum, Jakki, grew the business into a team of twenty odd people, united by a passion for unmistakable style, made by hand and with consideration for people and planet. 

 Today, we’re proud to build on our parents’ legacy. 

 From our Devon farm, we’re working hard to find more remarkable artisans from around the world. So when we spot something truly unique, we can share it with you.
